Warrior 260mm Chrome Finish Kit

This kit is comprised of a widened 18 x 8.5" stock rear wheel in "wet chrome" finish, a chrome rear hub, chrome front rim, and custom fabricated swingarm that is powder coated that creates a strong and durable finish. Lastly we mount a Metzeler 260mm on the rear rim, all included in the kit price.
(We can also mount a new front tire too, just let us know)

All parts are plated using our 5 layer "wet chrome" finish. This is a 5 layer chrome process, nickel, copper, semi-bright nickel, bright nickel, then chrome....your parts truely look "wet". All bearings and seals are removed from your stock parts, and pressed into your new wide tire kit parts, no additional charge for labor. Its always recommended to install new bearing that we can offer to you. Front wheel bearing set is $30, rear wheel bearing set is $75, rear hub bearing set is $45. Swingarm bearing set $59.

The swingarm is powder coated a deep rich "texture black" which is an exact match to the frame on your RSW. Swingarm bearings from swingarm are carefully removed, and pressed into the newly modified swingarm, free of labor charge. With this particular swingarm modification, you can use a 240mm, 250mm, or a 260mm rear tire if you decide that you would like to mount a different size rear tire on the 18 x 8.5 rear rim.

Please note, this kit is available to you on a "exchange" basis, when inventory permits. Or, use our "cores" to build this kit for you, so that you don't incur any down time on your bike. Please email/call us first to check our on hand inventory.

This kit is comprised of a widened 18 x 8.5" stock rear wheel in "stock" finish, and a swingarm cut/modified/powder coated. Lastly a Metzeler 260mm is mounted on the rear rim, all included in the kit price.

The rear wheel is carefully widened, and the exposed weld bead removed by machining. The wheel is then prepped for paint, and layers of deep rich gloss black are applied. The red OEM pinstripe is then applied, and lastly layers of clear coat generously applied. The rear rim is then hand buffed and polished for a perfect OEM midnight finish.
(we can paint any color pinstripe, or omit pinstripe completely at your request)

All bearings and seals are removed from your stock parts, and pressed into your new wide tire kit parts. We always do recommend to install new bearing, that we can also offer to you for your wide tire kit. The rear wheel bearing set is $95. The swingarm bearing set is $85. Labor to disassemble and re-assemble all parts is $200
