Warrior 280mm Powder Coated Kit

This kit is comprised of a widened 18 x 10.0" stock rear wheel in "stock" finish, front 31T pulley, rear pulley spacer, and custom fabricated swingarm that is powder coated that creates a strong and durable finish. Lastly we mount a Metzeler 280mm on the rear rim, all included in the kit price.

The rear wheel is carefully widened, and the exposed weld bead removed by machining. The rear wheel is prepped and powder coated to your choice of finish. Its always recommended to install new bearing that we can offer to you. Rear wheel bearing set is $45, rear hub bearing set is $75. Swingarm bearing set $59.

The customer receives an exceptionally strong, hand fabricated 280mm swingarm with a perfect powder coated finish. Labor for bearing removal and installation is included at no extra charge. The arm is shipped to you ready for immediate install!

With our proprietary cut for this size, the outside of the swingarm remains UNCHANGED. This is essential for the custom builder that allows for unlimited exhaust choices for their project since the outside of the arm remains in stock form. Performance EDGE is the ONLY dealer in the world that can provide a 280mm swingarm modification to you with this level of fabrication.

Due to their extensive build time and effort the 280mm kits are not a stocked item. We can use our "cores" to build this kit for you, so that you don't incur any down time on your bike. Please email/call us first to check our on hand inventory.

This kit is comprised of a widened 18 x 10.0" stock rear wheel in "Solid Gloss Black" finish. A front 31T pulley, rear pulley spacer will also be needed for installation. Lastly a custom fabricated 280m swingarm that is powder coated that creates a strong and durable finish. A Metzeler 280mm rear tire is mounted onto the rear rim.

The rear wheel is carefully widened, and the exposed weld bead removed by machining. The wheel is then prepped for powder coating, and layers of deep rich gloss black are applied.

All bearings and seals are removed from your stock parts, and pressed into your new wide tire kit parts. Its always recommended to install new bearing that we can offer to you. Rear wheel bearing and dust seal is $85. Swingarm bearing set $90.

This complete 280mm full chrome wide tire kit is comprised of the following parts:

Rear rim widened to 18 x 10.0" in "wet chrome" finish
Metzeler 280mm rear tire mounted on rim
Chrome rear drive hub
Chrome rear pulley
Chrome front rim
Billet offset front pulley
Custom rear pulley spacer
Use your stock 1 1/8" OEM belt
(no modifications are needed for the front pulley cover)

The 280mm custom fabricated swingarm is powder coated black texture that closely resembles the finish on the frame of the RS Warrior. The powder coating creates a strong and durable finish for years to come.

All parts are chrome plated using our 5 layer "wet chrome" finish. This is a 5 layer chrome process, nickel, copper, semi-bright nickel, bright nickel, then chrome....your parts truely look "wet". Each layer of plating is buffed and polished for the ultimate brilliance chrome finish.

All new OEM and OEM specified bearings and seals are also included the kit price (swingarm, rear rim, front rim, rear drive hub) and installed carefully into the new chrome and modified parts for you.

Due to their extensive build time and effort the 280mm kits are not a kit that we keep onhand. We sometimes do have "core parts" available to build this kit for you, so that you don't incur any down time on your bike.
